winpk Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you") and winpk ("winpk", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the winpk platform accessible at winpk.co and any associated mobile or web applications (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, logging into the winpk Platform, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with winpk's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the winpk Platform and, if applicable, close your account.

2. Eligibility

Use of the winpk Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. winpk reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close accounts where the minimum age requirement cannot be verified.
• Legal capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable in your location.
• Jurisdiction: You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the winpk Platform is lawful under the laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction. winpk does not represent or warrant that the Platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction. Access to winpk does not constitute an offer or invitation to use the Platform where such use is prohibited.
• Single account: Each individual may hold only one winpk account. Duplicate accounts may be closed without notice and associated balances may be forfeited.
• Own account: You must use the winpk Platform solely on your own behalf. Use of the Platform on behalf of a third party is prohibited.

3. Account Registration

To access winpk's betting and casino services, you must register a personal account. During registration you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number or email address, and any other information winpk may require for identity verification purposes.
• Promptly update your account information if any details change.
• Maintain the security of your winpk login credentials. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account. winpk will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.
• Notify winpk immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account by contacting support at [email protected].

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on the winpk Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated. The following terms apply to financial transactions:

4.1 Deposits

winpk accepts deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT TRC20. A minimum deposit of Rs 500 applies unless winpk specifies otherwise. Deposits are generally credited to your winpk account balance immediately upon successful completion of the payment transaction. winpk is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

4.2 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available balance (excluding any funds subject to active bonus wagering requirements) at any time. winpk will process withdrawal requests to your registered payment method. Withdrawal processing times vary by method — JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals typically complete within one hour under normal conditions. winpk reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Minimum withdrawal amounts apply as displayed on the Platform at the time of the request.

4.3 Payment Restrictions

You may only deposit or withdraw funds using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. winpk reserves the right to reverse deposits made from unverified or mismatched payment sources and to restrict withdrawal until verification is complete.

5. Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on the winpk Platform are subject to the following general rules:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. winpk reserves the right to decline or limit any bet at its sole discretion.
• Once confirmed, bets cannot be cancelled or amended by the User.
• In the event of a technical error affecting odds or bet settlement, winpk reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. This applies regardless of whether the error favoured the User or winpk.
• Settled bets are final. Disputes must be raised with winpk support within 72 hours of settlement. winpk's decision on disputed bets is final.
• Specific rules for cricket, PSL, and other markets are published on the relevant sections of the winpk Platform and are incorporated into these Terms.

6. Casino Games

All casino and live dealer games available on the winpk Platform are provided by certified third-party game studios. winpk does not develop, operate, or control the game software directly. The following terms apply:

• Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical values calculated over very large sample sizes and do not guarantee individual outcomes.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live casino session, winpk will settle bets in accordance with the game provider's standard rules for incomplete rounds.
• Game malfunctions void all pays. Where a game malfunction affects a User's session, winpk will work with the relevant provider to identify the appropriate resolution.
• Progressive jackpot rules, where applicable, are governed by the individual game provider's terms.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

winpk may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, or other promotional offers. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. General bonus terms include:

• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn until applicable wagering requirements have been met.
• winpk reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without notice.
• Abuse of bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in account closure.
• winpk's decision in all bonus disputes is final.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the winpk Platform:

• Using the Platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other mechanism to interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, loopholes, or vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain.
• Engaging in match-fixing, fraud, or any activity that seeks to manipulate sporting outcomes on which bets are placed.
• Laundering money or using the Platform for any illegal financial purpose.
• Providing false information during registration or verification.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing winpk staff or other platform users.

winpk reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account found in breach of these prohibitions and to report relevant activity to appropriate authorities where legally required.

9. Responsible Gaming

winpk is committed to the promotion of responsible gambling. The Platform is strictly for adults aged 18 and over. winpk provides the following responsible gaming tools to all account holders:

• Deposit limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly limits on the amount that may be deposited into a winpk account.
• Session limits: Time-based restrictions on the duration of a betting or gaming session.
• Cooling-off periods: Temporary suspension of account access ranging from 24 hours to six weeks.
• Self-exclusion: Permanent or long-term exclusion from the winpk Platform (minimum six months). Self-exclusion requests are processed by winpk support and take effect promptly.
• Reality checks: Configurable notifications during gaming sessions that remind you how long you have been playing.

If a self-exclusion is in place, winpk will make every reasonable effort to prevent access — however, you must also take personal responsibility for not circumventing these measures.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the winpk Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game content, software, and interface design, is the property of winpk or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any winpk content without prior written consent.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, winpk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.

winpk's total aggregate liability to any User for any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by that User in the twelve-month period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

winpk does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability. winpk will make reasonable efforts to minimise downtime.

12. Amendments to These Terms

winpk reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via email or in-platform notification with reasonable notice where practicable. Continued use of the winpk Platform after amended Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your account and cease using the Platform.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to winpk's operating jurisdiction. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the winpk Platform that cannot be resolved through winpk's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
